BBQ Ribs recipe

BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:
60g butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup of ketchup sauce
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1 kg of pork ribs
pepper to taste

Preparation:
In a pot, place the butter, onion and garlic, cook for 5 minutes and add the sugar, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and salt. Cook until it forms a kind of syrup.
Cover the ribs with the previous sauce and refrigerate them for approximately 3 hours.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, brush with the BBQ mixture and bake at 180°C until cooked through.
